Ilira made bagels!


Today is Sunday, April 5th

Rag & Bone Bindery is open for business

(read our post from Wednesday, March 25th for more information about how we're able to remain open for business)

 

It's Sunday, and Ilira made Everything Bagels! The whole loft smells like fresh bread. We're baking a lot these days, bagels and Challah mostly. They don't last long on the counter. Are you baking a lot too? Flour and Yeast are among the items hardest to find in grocery stores these days. Not surprising. The NYT No Kneed Bread recipe from Mark Bittman is fantastic, we've made it a few times and it's practically foolproof even for amateur bakers like us!

We'll be back in the bindery first thing Monday Morning. There are lots of books to bind this week, more binders and journals than usual. Thank you for continuing to order during this time, we're doing what we can to help spark creativity during this unusual time.

Please remain safe and take care of friends and family while we stay close to home doing our best to #flattenthecurve.
