HOLIDAY DELIVERIESA quick note about holiday deliveries: Thank you for your patience during this unusual holiday shipping season. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, deliveries may experience delays. Although we're shipping orders on time, UPS and USPS are experiencing significant delivery delays. Carriers are committed to keeping their employees and customers safe and healthy and are taking all reasonable measures to minimize the impact to customers. At some locations, the post office is so overwhelmed that they stopped scanning packages at pick-up and often don't scan them at all. This means your package may show as a pre-shipment without any updates, then suddenly show up on your doorstep. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the delays, but that doesn’t mean we don’t feel terrible! We can keep an eye on tracking and be patient knowing packages will be delivered. You can track your order here, understanding carriers are not updating tracking details regularly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
