WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ORDER?
Once you place your order online, it enters our production schedule. We'll review your order carefully and will contact you if we have any questions. We'll also contact you right away if your order requires upgraded shipping options based on your request for quicker delivery. We take delivery times very seriously, many of our handmade books are given as gifts and we understand how important it is to receive a Baby Book or Anniversary Journal in time for a special event. Please be aware that due to Covid19, shipping carriers are experiencing delays in standard delivery times.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Every Rag & Bone Bindery Album, Binder, Journal and Guestbook is made to order. Our standard production time is ten business days. (do not include the day you order, weekends & holidays). Please see the Time In Transit map below to calculate shipping time from when an order leaves our Rhode Island Bindery to when it is estimated to arrive at your location.

I'M IN THE US: HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship domestic USA orders via UPS and USPS. We will choose the best carrier based on your location and the size of your order. You'll receive a tracking number on the day your order ships from the Bindery and you can track your order right on our website. NOTE: Due to Covid19, USPS and UPS are experiencing delays in standard delivery times.
I'M LOCATED OUTSIDE THE US: HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship international orders via USPS. When placing an international order, the shipping charges are determined by the items you order and the address the items are to be delivered to. NOTE: Due to Covid19 USPS and most international carriers are experiencing delays in standard delivery times.
CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?
Please be sure to let us know if you need an item for a specific event such as an anniversary, wedding or the birth of a little one. You can do this prior to ordering or include a note with your order and we will provide you with details regarding upgrading shipping if necessary. Contact us for more details. Please keep in mind every item is made to-order in our Bindery.
On certain occasions we understand a return may need to be made. Please note: we make every book by hand specifically for your order. Returns must be made within 30 days of your order ship date and must be returned to the bindery in dust-free, re-sellable condition. We cannot take returns on personalized or custom items or personalized items due to customer error. Please call for additional details.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
