Someone noticed that the sleeves I ordered weren't going to fit the binder I ordered and checked with me...I was so grateful they switched it before the wrong items shipped.

I searched for quite a while for an album for my vintage postcard collection and had a hard time finding just what I wanted. I found Rag & Bone Bindery on one of my searches and thought their postcard album might work. I reached out twice before ordering (once by email and once by phone) and both times the staff were very responsive. The album I ended up ordering is lovely, seems to be of excellent quality, and will definitely work for me. I was glad to support a fairly local business (I live in MA) and would certainly order from them again if the need arises.
