But as new creations arrive, parents eventually find themselves asking the same question: What do we keep, and where do we put it? Our Artwork Binder was created to give those favorite drawings, paintings, school projects, and handwritten treasures a permanent home, so they can be enjoyed again years from now, when little hands have grown much bigger.
What's included with the My Artwork Binder?
Each My Artwork Binder includes a handcrafted Binder with "MY ARTWORK" foil embossed on the cover. You may choose to add your child's name below the title, along with optional archival-quality 8.5x11 sleeves.
Can the cover be personalized?
Yes. The My Artwork Binder may be personalized with your child's name embossed below the "MY ARTWORK" title. We use traditional brass type and metallic foil to press and emboss the name directly onto the cover, creating a keepsake that's uniquely theirs.
Can I change the "MY ARTWORK" title?
Not at this time. "MY ARTWORK" is included as the embossed title on every Binder and cannot be changed. You may personalize the cover by adding your child's name below the title.
What can I store in the My Artwork Binder?
The Binder is designed to hold standard 8.5x11 papers and is perfect for:

Are sleeves included?
The My Artwork Binder is available with or without archival-quality 8.5x11 sleeves. If you choose sleeves, the Binder comfortably holds up to 50 sleeves total. Additional sleeves are available separately as your collection grows.
Are the sleeves archival and PVC-free?
Yes. Our sleeves are archival quality, acid-free, and PVC-free to help protect your child's artwork for years to come.
Can I add artwork over time?
Yes. The ring-bound design makes it easy to add new artwork, rearrange pages, or organize your child's creations by school year, age, or any system that works best for your family.

Yes. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. We take delivery times seriously and are experienced with meeting deadlines for birthdays, baby showers, holidays, and other special occasions.

Every Rag & Bone Bindery album, binder, journal, and guestbook is handcrafted in our Pawtucket, Rhode Island bindery. We've been making books one at a time since 1990, using archival materials and traditional bookbinding techniques to create keepsakes designed to be enjoyed for generations.
Our standard production time is 10 business days, not including the day your order is placed, weekends, or holidays.Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Yes. If you need your order for a wedding, anniversary, baby shower, birthday, or another special occasion, please contact us before placing your order, or include your requested delivery date in the order notes during checkout.
We'll review your order and let you know what's possible. In many cases, we can adjust our production schedule or recommend an upgraded shipping service to help meet your deadline.
Keep in mind that production time and shipping time are separate parts of your order. If you need your keepsake by a specific date, contact us and we'll help determine whether your order needs to be made sooner, shipped faster, or both.
We offer free shipping on orders over $90 within the contiguous United States.Shipping charges for orders below that amount are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. International shipping charges are also calculated automatically during checkout.
Yes. We ship worldwide using DHL International.Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your destination. Duties, taxes, and VAT are included where applicable, so there are no unexpected charges upon delivery
Absolutely. Many of our products are purchased as gifts for weddings, anniversaries, new babies, graduations, birthdays, and holidays. If you're sending your order directly to the recipient, simply enter their shipping address during checkout.
We never include pricing information inside the package when it's shipped directly to your recipient.
If you need to update your personalization, shipping address, or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible. Since every order enters production shortly after it's placed, we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Once production has begun, however, some changes may no longer be possible.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase.If you need to make a return, please contact us within 30 days of your shipment date. Returned items must be returned in clean, resalable condition.
Because each item is handcrafted specifically for your order, personalized and custom products cannot be returned. Non-personalized returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
While shipping damage is uncommon, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We'll work with you to make things right as quickly as possible.
