Not only did the team immediately respond, and help expedite my order upon request, their product is beautiful, and was complimented by both wedding parties. The only potential addition for future models could be a small pocket on the inside covers to help hold vows, other papers, etc. - however, it was the perfect tool to help deliver the couple a perfect day, and a classy one at that!
