I loved the option of personalizing the interior pages of the book, because it was really hard to find a baby book that was both stylish (and on theme) yet geared towards single mothers. Because I was ordering last minute, I opted out of personalizing the cover thinking the 10 day assembly window would shorten, but upon checkout I realized it was the same. However, when I reached out to via voicemail explaining the situation, Rag & Bone got back to me in under 2 hours, and expedited the process and shipping at no extra charge! 10/10 would recommend! The recipient loved it as well!
