ORDERING INFORMATION

Ordering from Rag & Bone is a snap. Simply follow a few guidlines as described below or call our friendly customer service department any time at 888 338 8128.

HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR BOOK?

All Rag & Bone books are "Made By Hands" which means that most orders are shipped between seven to ten business days (not counting the day you order). The average time to ship out a book can vary from same day (if it's in stock) to seven to ten business days. In addition, please see the "Time In Transit" map below to calculate the shipping time to your location. Need something quickly? Call us toll free 888 338 8128. We're eager to exceed your expectations.

ANY COVER ON ANY BOOK

The simplest way to think about our books is that they are available with any Cover Option. Pair a book "Size" together with any "Cover Option" and you're ready to place an order.

SIZE OPTIONS

Some books have more than one size option. For these purchases, use the pull-down menu to choose a size option. The price will adjust according to the size option chosen.

COVER OPTIONS

Next, a cover option must be selected. Cover options change frequently - about three times a year. Use the pull down menu to make a selection of the currently available cover options. Cover options can be viewed individually from links on individual product pages or at the "Cover Options" link at the left of every page.

ITEM SPECIFIC OPTIONS

Additionally, some products have different options to choose from. (Such as: page color for Albums; printed or unprinted Guest Book Pages; etc.)

NOT EVERY OPTION IS PICTURED

As we offer dozens of different books with more than thirty cover options (not to mention item-specific options) we aren't able to photograph every book with every cover option.

PRODUCTION TIME

Our average lead-time (the time between when you place an order and it ships from the Bindery) is seven to ten business days. Rag & Bone books are handcrafted one-at-a-time which means the book you order will be created specifically for you. Need something quicker? We can rush your order for a $10.00 fee per item. Rush orders ship out within two business days - please be aware of weekends & holidays when considering rush orders. Additionally, rush orders need to be ordered direct with our sales team. WHERE WE SHIP

We ship internationally - if a package can get there, we're happy to send it. International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. International shipping costs are actual costs - we do not add service fees or increase the cost of shipping international orders.

International orders can be tracked at the USPS website.

SHIPPING CARRIER

We ship domestic USA orders exclusively via UPS. Each order has a tracking number which can be tracked at the UPS website . If you cannot receive UPS pacakges or have a preferred shipper, please let us know. International orders are shipped via the United States Post. When placing an international order, the shipping charges are determined by the items you order and the address the items are to be delivered to.

SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic U. S. shipping costs are fixed at $5.00 per order. International shipping rates are calculated by location. Simply place an item into your shopping cart and fill out the requested shipping destination information. The final page before checkout will list international shipping rates for your item and location.

HANDLING CHARGES

There are no Handling charges or other hidden fees.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped to addresses in Rhode Island will be subject to a 7% sales tax.

RETURNS

On certain occasions we understand a return may need to be made. Please note: we make every book by hand specifically for your order. Returns are accepted with a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of your order ship date and must be returned to the bindery in dust-free, re-sellable condition. No returns on "Trunk Show" Sale items. Please call for additional details.
