HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?

Rag & Bone Bindery books are handmade to order and will ship within 10 business days (not counting the day you order, please account for weekends & holidays). In addition, please see the Time In Transit map below to calculate the shipping time to your location. NOTE: If your order contains Personalized books, your order will ship within 15 business days (not counting the day you order, please account for weekends & holidays).

WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS?

Yes! During checkout, you will be prompted to answer: "Does this order need to arrive before December 25th?". If you choose "YES" we will schedule your order to ship from the bindery to arrive in time for holiday giving. If you choose "NO" your order may arrive before the holidays, but it may also arrive after the holidays. Please contact customer service direct at 888 338 8128 if you have any questions. RETURNS

On certain occasions we understand a return may need to be made. Please note: we make every book by hand specifically for your order. Returns are accepted with a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of your order ship date and must be returned to the bindery in dust-free, re-sellable condition. Please call for additional details.







DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship domestic USA orders via UPS or USPS (our choice, best way). Each order has a tracking number which is emailed to you at the time your order ships. Your order can be tracked at either the UPS or USPS websites. If you cannot receive UPS packages or have a preferred shipper, please let us know.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally - if a package can get there, we're happy to send it. International orders are shipped via the United States Post. When placing an international order, the shipping charges are determined by the items you order and the address the items are to be delivered to.

SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic U. S. shipping costs are fixed at $7.00 per order. International shipping rates vary by location and are calculated during the checkout process.


HANDLING CHARGES

There are no Handling charges or other hidden fees.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped to addresses in Rhode Island will be subject to a 7% sales tax.
